Richard Crookshank is a Chartered Surveyor and qualified Home Inspector with 20 years experience in the residential property business and a proven background of high levels of customer service.  Susan Crookshank is a computer specialist with a background in software for the property business.

By combining their expertise and working with a leading national software provider and panel of inspectors they have set up the business to provide quality HIPs to the general public for online ordering , partner estate agents and professional firms.
